In the second episode of The Overthought Podcast, editors Joe Parello and Jeremy Conlin, along with their buddy Joe Blake again go way too far down the rabbit hole.
This week's subject is time travel, but luckily we kept head exploding paradoxes and time loops to a minimum. The gang discusses which portrayals of time travel in popular media are best, along with the ethical issues of hypothetical on-demand time travel.
The multiverse theory against a single universe is also debated, and I believe at one point Joe Parello argues that a movie where you accidentally prevent the Titanic from sinking, then have to go back and make sure it does sink would be fun/terrible.
As you might imagine, this one went pretty far off the rails, but don't take my word for it. Listen in below.
